MISSION

Design signalling systems using Mermec STE equipment


RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the Railway Signalling Unit, the candidate will be involved in the following activities:


  • design of railway signalling systems (AutoCad);
  • field surveys
  • technical support to the operational structures for the construction and activation of the plants;
  • collaboration in the drafting of manuals and operating instructions


TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

The candidate has a specialist degree in ENGINEERING (old or new system) and at least 3-5 years of experience in the design/engineering field, preferably in the railway sector.

The following are to be considered relevant:


  • Design skills in the field of railway signalling with particular reference to the railway yard (cable plans, insulation plans).
  • Design skills in the field of SCMT square.
  • Experience on plant design tools in the ACC field is a plus
