Position Mission

Achieve the defined objectives for the assigned project, within the terms and conditions of the project, whilst implementing Company policy and procedural requirements.

 

Responsibilities

With Reference to the assigned key project:

 

Bidding:

-       Provide the evaluation of hours and other costs related to the Project Management execution activities together with an evaluation of related risks

 

Delivery:

-       Ensure the accomplishment of the outcomes of the project in accordance with the contractual scope of work, the schedule, the quality requirements and Company processes

 

Economics/Financials/KPIs:

-       Monitor, report and achieve the targets of the assigned project in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cash in

-       Monitor, report and achieve the project KPIs

 

Contract Management:

-       Manage the Client relationship

-       Promote business opportunities and manage of the Change Orders

-       Manage the Claims

 

Team Management:

-       Execute the staffing process of the project team

-       Evaluate the performances on project team members 

 

Performance Criteria

·      Achievement of project budget objectives according to the baseline agreed.

·      Improved performance of the project (efficiency)

·      Project Team performances (achievement of Personal Development Plan targets relevant to the projects)

 

 

Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience

 

·      Master Degree in Engineering

·      At least 3 years of Industry experience, preferably in the railway field

·      Managed Projects above 1M€ in budget or managed Multiple Projects for a cumulative Budget above 5M€

·      Fluent in Italian and English

·      Nice to have German and / or Spanish

·      Proficient knowledge of Office Tools

·      Knowledge of MS Project, or similar

Position Mission   Service Engineer is responsible for offering after-sales assistance and support to the Customer.
