For our HR department, we are looking for a junior resource, with experience between 6 months and a year, to be included as:
RESPONSABILITIES
The resource, inserted within the Human Resources Department, will deal with:
Detection and control of attendance, receipts and monthly variables such as travel allowance, availability, etc .;
Management of the relationship with the external payroll provider and control of the pay variables;
Creation of the personal file of each employee, implementing and constantly updating the paper archive and the personal data sheet to manage the employee's documents (letters, contracts, privacy, severance pay, tax deductions, supplementary pensions, etc);
Elaboration, preparation and management of mandatory communications to entities (recruitment, accident, extension, termination, social security institutions, funds, etc.);
Elaboration of reports requested by the various departments, reporting statistics on personnel data, deadlines, etc .;
Support to employees for administrative and payroll clarifications;
Staff supervision;
Support to the Manager in drafting the budget and in the various projects of the HR team.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Accounting, Degree in Economics or equivalent training;
In-depth knowledge of the payroll system is required (preferably the Confapi / Industry / Executives CCNL);
The knowledge of the F2A management system is appreciated;
Previous experience in reporting and managing KPIs;
Knowledge of the English language for the management of foreign personnel;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package, specifically Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
