Position Mission
In the aim of expanding the ETCS On Board System/Data Engineering Team, AngelStar is looking for a candidate to work in the Data Preparation engineering activities for the ETCS OBU specific application into rail vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and analysing the input data and Customer/generally applicable requirements;
- Collecting data input from the train integrator e define supplier data for ETCS OBU;
- Designing the ETCS OBU data configuration, developing the relevant documentation;
- Applying processes, methods & tool in accordance to AngelStar standards;
- Carrying out the system integration activities in lab and on field for validating the data configuration.
Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience
- Preferred, Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
- Preferred, Basic knowledge of the disciplines related to the On Board Systems: applicable norms, ETCS OBU function and architecture, European Technical Standards.
- Knowledge of the main office automation software/tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation, with the attitude to contribute with constructive and practical ideas.
- Readiness to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multitasking international environment.
- Ability to work autonomously in teams and for projects is required.
- Availability for short-term national and international business trip.
